The Carriage Run Home Owners Association (HOA) was originally incorporated in February 1999 by the developer. There are currently 97 homes in the subdivision, with the main streets of Greys Mill Road, Justin Court, Crabapple Lane, Juniper Court and Greys Mill Court. Many of the first home purchasers still reside in the subdivision, along with others who have lived here for a long time, or have recently purchased.
