He took the time to explain everything he was doing, explained his recommendations and why it was necessary, explained the guarantees of the cleaning and replacement parts. He was also skilled in professionalism, courtesy and respect for our home. We would highly recommend this company for all dryer vent needs. While the company used to be local to Tarboro, it is now based in Raleigh and covers a very wide area of service. Douglas Garciga is local to Rocky Mount and knows this area well.
